Consult+ adds video consultations to ClinicGrow. Patients book an online consultation like any other appointment, receive a join link by email, and meet the practitioner in the browser without installing an app. It costs €69 per month on top of your plan.

What Consult+ adds

Booked like any appointment

The AI assistant and the booking form can offer an online or in-person consult. A video room is created automatically for online bookings.

No app for the patient

The patient joins from the email link in a normal browser on phone or laptop.

AI scribe notes

After the call, an AI scribe can draft a structured consultation note for the patient record, which the practitioner checks and saves.

Reminders 15 minutes before

The standard reminder schedule includes a final reminder 15 minutes before the start, so patients join on time.

How much do video consultations cost?
Consult+ is an optional add-on for €69 per month, on top of the €120 per month or €999 per year plan. It can be cancelled separately.
Does the patient need to install anything?
No. The patient joins from a link in a regular browser.
Why offer online consultations?
